About the Role

The Age-Gency is launching a national survey to measure ageism and ableism across healthcare, senior living, and the general public. We’re looking for a part-time intern to help manage the survey process and support basic data analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Help distribute the survey to targeted groups
• Monitor incoming responses using our online survey platform
• Review and organize respondent data
• Assist with simple cross-analysis by age, profession, and demographic details
• Support ideas to increase participation (goal: 3,000 responses)
• Contribute to the insights that will shape a final case study

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through
• Interest in aging, healthcare, social impact, or human behavior
• Basic Excel/Sheets or survey platform experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

Paid internship: $20–$25 per hour depending on experience. Approx. 8–12 hours per week.
